I would say early 1960s - the trousers with the turn-ups/cuffs, button fly, watch-pocket etc. make think of that era as well as the interior of the waistband.
Does the tailor label state the adress (which continent?) Are the butttons of the sleeves functional? Do you know what material the fabric is made of - and the buttons? All that could also be helpful for dating this nice suit.

It's from a tailor shop from Cologne, the shop still exists.
The buttons aren't functional, the fabric seems to be wool judging by the smell when I set a piece on fire
I assumed it was from the 50s but the patent on the clasp is from 1960 so you're probably right
