Looking to buy a brim curling shackle to replicate the style of curl found on early 1900s westerns. Does anyone know that diameter to chose? I’m looking at paying for a custom hat in part by giving the hatter the shackle but I’m not sure what size to go with. I’m looking at 3/4 inch, but I’m worried that’s too large.
