I'm making a short trip to downtown Austin in July and my research is telling me that a fella can't smoke a stogie at a saloon anywhere!
Is this true?, I mean I could possibly settle for a classy joint and smoke outside.....I guess
I'm staying near the big events place....Irvin Centre? is there ANYWHERE within walking distance?......maybe a short cab ride?....I will be drinkin'!
