that doesn't surprise me somehow. AA seems like it was aimed at the more mature, rather conservative man, don't you think ?

This plate has a really interesting caption which describes an early version of the ivy league look: soft shoulders, only a slight waist to the jacket, rougher fabrics and a looser fit:

The caption on this one reads "when town meets country"

[Two Types]

The page of regimental ties is odd. Only one of the designs is shown as a diagonal pattern, yet I would expect them all to be diagonal. I'd be interested to know the content of the text.
