Anybody heard of this one?

I saw an ad in the NY Times for a WWI film called 'Journey's End'. I can't seem to find any info on this one on IMDB. (Only an old film with the same title!)

Anybody got a link or some information on this movie? Have you seen it? Any photos?

It is a play from 1928 or so by R. C. Sherriff, then a novel a few years later by the same author, indeed about WW I. Was it on Broadway and is now a movie? I didn't see the ad in the Times.

Looks like it's time for Dixon Cannon to hunker down and get a library card. That or a plane ticket to New York. (My dad liked to go to NYC on the train every month or so and see plays and this sounds like it would have been right up his alley.)

It's not a movie now but it will be.

It's actually one of the longest running plays in history. The lead was originally played by a young Larry Olivier. I got to see it a few years back in West End, and it was fantastic.
