Any help dating this Mallory IV Aristocrat

I am realtively new to the Fedora world. I bought this Mallory lV and had McLaughlin & Hayes in Milwaukee clean and reblock it and had the original sweatband reinforced and re-sewn. It looks amazing. It is almost a velvet like chocolate color. I would like to know when it was made as closely as any of you experts out there might be able to pinpoint. It has a very high crown which I am not used to and hated at first but I appreciate how special it is so I am trying to get used to it. Any information on it would be appreciated. Thank you!

There are three dating clues here. The 1823 date and the liner tip logo are normally associated with Mallories made prior to Stetson purchasing the brand in 1946. The "tombstone" logo on the sweatband is normally associated with a 1930s manufacturing date.

It's a very old hat. If the XV designation is the price point ($15.00), it's also a top of the line hat. Fifteen bucks wasn't chump change back then.
