I don't think I've seen one of these in the wild, at least not since Majormajor was in these parts. Probably best to ask Aero about the fit - they know their own catalogue and what will work. It's a design I've long fancied myself, but never quite had the scratch to hand for.

A couple of years back they had a "standard size" 42 in their Russet Jerky hide, on offer in a sale so I ordered it as I like the style and was curious about fit. I'm 6ft 1in tall about 180lbs, slim-ish build. I found it very roomy in the back and the sleeves fitted weirdly - sort of a high armhole but very baggy sleeve if that makes sense. I don't think a heavier hide like HH is a good idea for what should be a close-fitting style like this - you'd be better with capeskin or goatskin maybe. But the pattern just didn't suit me sadly. You could try their Premier HB which in my mind is closer to a true 1930's fit - high armholes, slimmer body and sleeves, and a beautiful collar.
BTW I finished up getting an A-1 from ELC, which is a good slim fit in capeskin, but it has knitted cuffs which you may not be looking for.
Hope this helps!
