Is it possible to have shirtsleeves taken up? While I have sleeve garters I don't particularly care for all the apparatus.

Unless you find that one of the sleeve lengths from the various RTW shirtmakers out there fits you exactly, the three options are (i) sleeve garters, (ii) have the shirt shortened (or lengthened*) either by the maker prior to despatch or by a seamstress on receipt, or (iii) go made to measure/bespoke. I employ all three methods, but am hoping to move principally to (iii) eventually!
