They did, but they're extremely rare. EvaDress has a repro pattern. This one looks nice but is too big for me.

Nice. Menswear pattern are quite rare but even if you find them there are some difficulties in getting the details right,. Ironwork, lining, canvassing...The difference between sewing and tailoring. I have some few german pattern but most tailors seemed to work with drafts.

In sewing magazines aimed at housewifes you only find pattern for shirts...
