1960's Night Driving Glasses?

Purchased these, supposedly NOS 1960's night driving glasses this week. Vendor states that they have come from NOS when an opticians had a clear out (or similar situation). Anybody come across them before? Night driving glasses? Can find link if anyone else is interested, sounds like there were a few pairs

I have seen WWII aviator glasses with yellow/orange lenses for night flying. I assume they were meant to help with night vision.

Those look similar to the glasses one wears while hunting to cut out the glare.

Have heard of them being worn in the sixties to cut headlight glare at night. Supposed to be useful in fog as well.
