Extremely long sleeves for such a tiny jacket.

And quite a hefty price with those discolorations all over the place. I would be surprised if this could be transformed into a wearable condition.

Tall 'n slim. 33 inseam goes with the 30 jacket length and 26 arms.

The stains would be offputting on such a light coloured cloth. I agree, would be difficult to clean well.
