1920s/30s Newsboy Cap #3 - Size 7 (Adjustable)

I have too many caps, so I'm selling off most of them and only keeping a few of my favourites.

The third for sale is a beautiful 1920s or 1930s newsboy cap (I think this is the oldest of the lot, actually) in very interesting fabric. The fabric has a brown and black ground with pinkish red and blue overchecks. Another one with a fantastic satin crown liner. The maker is not named, the crown liner only says "Tailored Cap, Adjustable". There are no condition issues. There is a strap with buckle at the front of the crown for adjusting the size. Just look at that Deco buckle!!

The fit adjustable, but the maximum size is around 7. It's good on my 7 LO head. This cap has a distinctly smaller and less wide profile than the other caps I listed here today. The widest part of the crown (i.e. across the crown button) measures 10" side to side and 10" front to back. It's amazing the difference a half inch here and there makes to the general look and profile of a cap, no?

I'd like $75 US for the hat. PM if you're interested and with any questions. Shipping will be extra, and to be determined by the buyers location. It will not be expensive to ship.
