I recently spent 2 hours watching Duvall in a 2 part "outer Limits" story Called "The Inheritors" . I'd only seen the episodes once in syndication and was finally able to watch it in full again with Puddin' a couple of nights ago....... Of course this was pre-Godfather work for him. About a year after "To Kill A Mockingbird" Duvall starred in The Science Fiction anthologies only 2 parter as a Federal Agent tasked with solving the mystery of 4 soldiers shot in the head in Viet Nam who not only survived their wounds but gained extraordinary powers after recovering. One part spy thriller, one part Alien Invasion tale, the story resolves into a wholly unexpected ending. The program has stayed with me for decades. As you'd expect Duvall gives a stellar performance As "Agent Adam Ballard"

Great actor. He will be missed.

Unfortunately people aren't interested in what happens to them when they die... until they die, and by then it's too late.

Outer Limits, like Twilight Zone was as educational as entertaining, and gave a kid something to think about.:)

Production designer Dean Tavoularis, who created the sets for nearly all of Francis Ford Coppola's films, including winning an Oscar for The Godfather, Part II. His first film as art director was Bonnie and Clyde. A wonderful visual stylist!

^ A truly momentous occasion. Schlitz was my first beer brand through Vietnam, then college campi where other beers, malts, lagers appeared. Settled Miller Lite ubiquity accessibility over Olympia, Coors, and yes, even Pabst Blue Ribbon. Some swill out of Boston that tasted like dog ****. Scabs abound, but I stuck with Schlitz until circumstances defaulted, lickety split shift, so I've been a Miller man ever since.
