I prefer the first layout- gives each jacket more space to stand outI also liked this one, which do you prefer?

Wow! If I’m allowed to pick favorites, my top 3 would be the Blatt, Regius, and the Cal.. all of them look great thoughLast day of the year so I thought I’d post an update on my current collection (leather only). This is gonna be picture heavy.

Nice collection, even if not everything is to my taste. It also reminds me that I should think about downsizing mine — including shearling jackets, I’m probably sitting at around 20 leather jackets.Regius half belt

I aim to inspire lol. Jokes aside, I agree 20 is probably too many for me. But I just don’t know which ones I should move on cause I really like them all.
I have certainly done this.I feel exactly the same. I’ve laid them all out side by side and tried to choose, but it’s incredibly hard. Sometimes I even list one on eBay and end up being happy when nobody contacts me
If you have space for them and your family does not mind, and especially if you use them all, keep them around!I aim to inspire lol. Jokes aside, I agree 20 is probably too many for me. But I just don’t know which ones I should move on cause I really like them all.
I have certainly done this.
I presently have only 4 jackets that are not actually listed for sale, but one of those is going up for sale later this week. I've been in a "purge" mode recently, and it's been nice and to some extent, "freeing".

Selling can definitely be stressful, but I just can’t bring myself to let a jacket sit unworn. The jackets we get and love are very special—they’re meant to be worn. I try to sell what I don’t wear for the same price I paid or less, which means some jackets end up priced below market value. I think that’s a real treat for the Lounge members. All in all, I may be a little addicted to outerwear, and I enjoy sharing that passion with everyone. This is probably exactly the right approach. Over the past few days, I’ve taken another look at things and am planning to sell jackets that have become too small or ones where I own very similar pieces.
I started by listing a few of them on eBay/Kleinanzeigen. But it feels like jackets are harder to sell in Germany/Europe—although in the end that doesn’t really matter to me, since I don’t need the space or the money.
That’s probably why the classifieds section isn’t really the right option for me. Shipping abroad just feels like too much effort.
Still, having an excess of things is never a good thing.
I wish my wardrobe was as neat and as nicely spaced out at that. Did you use vernier calipers to get the spacing all within 0.2mm of each other?I dislike selling stuff in general, mainly because it’s a pita for me to ship them out, but I have to accept that I only wear 3 or 4 jackets from my current collection and I need to let a few go.

No calipers, I OCD about visual balance and proportions, it’s a curse tbh.I wish my wardrobe was as neat and as nicely spaced out at that. Did you use vernier calipers to get the spacing all within 0.2mm of each other?
