Real McCoy's J24L

Ok, just putting out some feelers to see if anyone is looking to buy this Real McCoy's J24L jacket.

I bought this one pre 2021 from Standard & Strange. It's size 40 but, as some of you know previous versions fit one size smaller. I am a size 38, that's why this one fits me so well.

I don't know what these are worth on the open 2nd markets but, I don't see any of them listed anywhere.
I love this jacket, and honestly never thought I'd be selling it. At this stage, I'm just putting it out there into the metaverse to see if anyone is interested.

To get a sense of price, the Real McCoy's and Rivet & Hide are both selling the J24 (shorter version) at $3000.

I know this is a big investment, as it was for me at the time. This is such a cool jacket and, as far as I can tell, not available anymore.

If anyone has some constructive advice, I'm open to comments here otherwise, real inquiries regarding the jacket pricing etc. please, please DM me.

For size reference, I am 5'-9" 165lbs. with a t-shirt and thermal, my chest circumference is about 39" my shoulders are about 18"

Constructive Advice: don’t sell.

This is unobtainium for the foreseeable future. Even if it doesn‘t seem to get the wear “it deserves” now, this will never ever not be a cool jacket.

Just adding my two cents here too. This is such a great jacket, I searched for mine for a long time and often looked at the pics of yours as motivation as it looks/looked so good on you. Deep thoughts before selling this one

Back story: On one hand, I just love this jacket it was the first really expensive jacket I purchased.

I bought this because the jacket that I really wanted (The Flat Head Delraiser) was out of production for two years. Shortly after I bought the J24L, I finally got my Delraiser and I feel like it is a bit redundant to have both jackets. Hence, the J24L has not gotten a lot of wear. I feel it’s still in really good condition.

All that being said, if I don’t get a decent offer on it, I will undoubtedly just keep it. I think I paid $2400. for it new.

The current J-24 (long version not in the lineup at the moment) retails for EUR 3.300. The mouton is another EUR 400.

That would be USD 4.357,- today.

That sort of inflation is basically Rolex territory...
