Royal DeLuxe Stetson Open Road in a blue-ish gray with silver brim edge binding & narrow ribbon hatband that is hard to capture in pix. Second photo shows the color most accurately.

Nice little Royal Stetson with wide brim binding this morning. Some of these "lesser" hats are my favorites.

I continue with the presentation of the very recent hat acquisitions for the second half of 2025.
I've regained my urge to take risks, and something interesting has come along.

A Borsalino Qualità Superiore, size 6 1/2, or 60 centimeters, or 7 1/2 in the US.

I liked the tone-on-tone felt and hatband; it's a known preference of mine.
It's a gray Borsalino in the innumerable color palette articulated by the names of the elements.

The color is "Potassio" and there are no indications whatsoever for the hatband, so it's also an element
The hat type is a "Gulaela," sold in Germany. I think I have a few more in this combination...

You all have my compliments on the hats I'm fortunate enough to see every day here in a small valley north of Verona.
