Had to make the block to make the hat.
- 5 piece block
- Tapered flair like a top hat
- Wide deep telescope on top
- for size 8 1/8

Hi,
With the top of the block larger than the base, that is the only way to remove the block from the hat.
First pull out the center piece then the rest can be removed.
