OMG these are shockingly beautiful!Good morning folks. Here a few hats I wore the past few days
Grazie, Daniele. Temperature just between felt and straw over here.Excellent parade of hats at mid July. Bravo Stefan
Thank you, Robert. You and Tina looking all summery there. Perfect day for a classic car event.Sorry for our absence Stefan, it's been a busy day. The Mosant Orient was first choice, but the Barbisio Odessa just pipped it, but I would happily take either...............or both!
I said that we were busy, you can see today's hat, in fact you get two for one, Tina is wearing her's too. We are in the Hawaiian Shirts & Fedora thread. https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/hawaiian-shirts-and-fedoras.36948/page-143#post-3194475
Fabulous hat, Nathan. I don't often comment on your hats, but they're always on point. This one just has a little something extra.
Well, that would make you feel all bubbly! Lovely hat, Joe.
Fantastic, Eric. Always a joy to see your selections.Good morning folks. Here a few hats I wore the past few days.

Cheers, Eric -
I think it shows the honest wear of a well-loved hat. Nothing wrong with that (as long as you don't go to the opera with it). Here’s a little love story - a hat that I am NOT wearing today … anymore.
This unidentified hat was the one that set the bar for me. I got it frim the US back in 2016 - it was too small, I overstretched it, oversteamed it, but I LOVED it. It was the first hat that taught me about the wonders of supersoft high quality felt and about the charme of wind trolleys.
It followed me into the swedish forests for years, even my daughter wore it on occasion.
And today, it’s but a relic - torn and beaten, doesn’t hold any shapes anymore due to it being my guinea-pig when I started on this quest.
Now it could maybe stand in for one of those Farm Security Administration photos of people with torn up hats
Here are some photos of how it looked back in 2017 - and oh well.. how it looks today.

Kind of you to say so Stefan, thank you. Maybe I should have put today's hat here, but it's in the Hawaiian Shirt & Fedora Thread, https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/hawaiian-shirts-and-fedoras.36948/page-144#post-3194777 along with Forum member, Jon Crow's photo of a 1970's Jaguar. Both hat & shirt are rather special, so perhaps the photo is in the correct thread.Thank you, Robert. You and Tina looking all summery there. Perfect day for a classic car event.
