These can be a pretty decent deal, that looks to have nice Cowhide to it.
At least when it does not have skulls and logos and other embellishments all over it - just not my taste. This one looks good.

This jacket was made by CSC. CSC made different lines of police jackets. Including police jackets with lower pockets than their average symmetries. I also believe any CSC seamstress worth it's salt would never finish such a terrible label in such fashion. Or it could be the label was added later if the lining was replaced? I have seen many production police CSC jacket in different shades of brown and black. With zippers boxes placed in the left than the right (European market?) But one thing is for sure with CSC, their construction roots are always there.
