Has anyone in the US made any purchases of new clothing from Canada recently? I’m wondering what the current duty charges are. I tried to google it, but couldn’t find a decent answer.

Just paid $500 on a $2500 jacket from Canadian shop. Japanese Y’2. It was pretty rough and way higher then I’ve paid before.

I do not dislike it at all, but after reading my message I can se why someone would think that... haha xD my bad.

Actually I love the colors of it, it's just looks to warm for my dream denim jacket

I've always wanted a real "Ramones jacket" so I finally pulled a trigger on my first Schott NYC it's a 618 with golden buttons which I really like.

Hopefully the jacket fits me but for the price it's worth a schott(pun intended )

I just found this vintage Penny's plain pockets cheap on Ebay.



I'm still looking for a good denim jacket that fits me well and this one looks like it might work out.
The sleeve length & width looks good, as do the torso & shoulder widths.

I was right, the fit is pretty much perfect and I've been wearing it a ton lately since spring weather hit.

Found this Canadian army jacket at a second hand store here in Sweden which I really really like!

It's a bit short in the arms, but the overall design of the jacket is awesome and it got construction details I've never seen before so the quality seems very good

Any of you Japanese Denim/Leather fans ever encountered jackets by Skull Jeans: The Alchemist? Just took delivery of a curious horsehide jacket, which my partner uncharacteristically immediately made me promise not to sell.

It’s a cafe racer in a design unlike any I’ve seen before, in very stiff brown horsehide. Very much a Japanese size 36, with very high armholes, but I can manage it with a T-Shirt. All seems very high quality compared to my usual jackets.

Anyone shed any light on the maker or if the design references anything?

Arrived! I love this style. This one is fully lined and the deer is thick and soft.

Looks best with the full hippie fit.

Finally snagged a Lee reversible in my size. I’ve been looking! These were actually part of a set. Sadly I didn’t get the matching reversible pants. Jacket is enough for now.
