Are these "Schott Bros" label one stars getting pricier or not? This is in great condition at the top of the price range at $425

The prices are still random but jackets in general are getting a bit pricier. And sell less.

No, quite the opposite. Even cheap stuff that one could easily flip a year ago, now just sits for months because everyone suddenly becoming aware they might have something of value sittin' at their granddad's wardrobe, figured they'd get rid of it for a quick buck so pretty much everyone got what they wanted by now - Cheap at that! - proving that nearly none of what has been considered as rare was ever really rare.
Clowns that want to make big money off some old, crusty leather jacket don't help much either, keeping the prices at insane amounts.
But stuff in general doesn't sell very well anymore. There's been a lot of talk about the entire used clothes market getting saturated and it shows.

Eastman A2 HH. I got an amazing deal on this. I think its from the ,90s but unsure. I believe its HH in Havana brown.. it musta been sitting in a closet for years. A bick4 treatment brought the leather back to life.

No tag. Could it be steer hide? The grain looks very similar to my Aero bronco in seal brown hh.

Well Eastman makes plenty in veg tanned horsehide, so maybe it is! Which makes your deal pretty solid.
