Wide and low Resistol. I love the look of these, but the low crown doesn't play well with my tall head. 7-3/8 is always a gamble so this might end up going back out the door.

Two separate auctions for Moveo Et Proficio (Knox made for store branding) hats. What are the odds?

I have a thing for fur-felt westerns from the big chain department stores (think Sears, Penneys, Montgomery Ward, etc.). The hats are usually made by Resistol, Lee, etc.

I know this one doesn't fit, but I do have an older Sears to keep me happy and I'm sure this one will make another "buckaroo" happy.

Being "Pilgrim" branded, this one is Pre-1965.

Hilditch and Key were selling online their remaining Summer stock of Bates' 'Cotton Travel Trilby', so I ordered these two at a crazy discount:

Should arrive next week, with still a good couple of months' suitable weather for them. I do love to have a variety of Summer appropriate substitutes for furfelt while this hellweather makes the latter impossible...
