Cleveland weather. I got to test 2 ends of the temperature scale with my new 618. Last weekend rode in 80 degrees with the lapels opened and the jacket did great, no ballooning at all. This evening took it out fully zipped in 45 degree weather with just a t shirt under. The 618 sealed out all the cold. Seems to be a great riding jacket for my body shape. Thanks to the Cleveland weather, I didn't have to wait till the fall to experience the lower end of the temperature scale. lol.

Obenauf "dyed", zippertape finally showing its intended contrast
Happy with the color, i wont sun tan it no more, just normal wear from here on, i dont care if obenauf freezes the color this way i like it like this, and a good base for any patina if theres more.

Well done! Love how that turned out! I remember those photos where you sun
Tan the jacket upside down to get it even lol the zipper tape contrast looks great.

Wearing my new (to me) Sears Oakbrook D-pocket that I just picked up from the post office. I was worried the hem would be a bit too tight. It’s just right.

Almost a made to order fit apart from the sleeves being a little short but thats a style in itself. Love how this looks on you and the back design especially the studded kidney panel looks awesome here

Looks great! So nice to find that happy place! Great out fit with the jacket wallet and boots.
thanks, yeah now they are all in somewhat similar tone together, boot is the oldest was tan color not a veg tan and over the years it gets darker a little, wallet is vegtan but dyed yellow and varnished gloss it gets browner much slower than a natural vegtan belt clip bought the same time from the same brand that is already dark brown by now, jacket is the last one completely natural used to be treated only with mink oil then I use carseat waterbase conditioner and now this obenauf.
