I’ve said this before but it’s worth repeating: this is YOUR jacket! I mean you wear it with shorts and sneakers which I normally hate seeing together with a leather jacket, but still it WORKS. It just fits you so good, like you and that jacket belong together. Soulmates.

Brodrene Hallen of Oslo, not sure what leather but it’s soft, grainy, has a texture like Buffalo or caribou, puffy, but super strong

Hello everybody. I'm new on the forum and d like to share my experience. Here in France leather jackets are very expensive even if you choose second hand (200euros for a basic schott perfecto not always made in usa). i recently got an old excelled mc jacket, cracked with cut belt for very low price. just tried to save the leather with oil but nothing more cause i consider defaults are part of its history. I met a retired leather artisan and for some euros he helped me to change the lining to obtain the result below.

Haha, I'm curious about the result, keep us updated :) How's the new project going by the way?
yeah, I guess they make me a mock up jacket from cloth now, 2 days ago I whatsapp them, just telling them if they need me to come try the mock up I'm always available, I got replied something that translates "yes you'll be informed" :)
