How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Don't forget to look out the window every 5-10 minutes. This also reduces waiting time.

Thats the sweet thing about office work. It´s there when you get home. When I got my first jacket from Greg, he actually worried that I hated the jacket, because he got the "parcel delivered" message 5-6 hours before hearing from me (I texted him within MINUTES of trying the jacket on).

Admittedly, I drove home and back once or twice when I couldn´t make myself wait until the evening. Next thing I ordered was a "Betty Ford Clinic" T-Shirt...

Nah, man. When you work in the office, you get the jacket delivered to your job. That way you don't have to wait until the evening to pick it up. Big brain time.

If I don't choose another leather at the last minute, then a cafe racer made of black goat should come in a few weeks.
And hopefully my Aero Sheene will come in 3 - 4 weeks.

And yes, checking the tracking status helps. Only if more people at the other end of town do the same will the positive effect be canceled and you wait far too long as usual.

Perhaps an idea is not to sell things immediately, but to archive them and come back to them later?
It works pretty well for me. Since I don't like the sales process as such, I keep a lot. And it is not uncommon for me to remember after a long time that I still have this and that and there is a revival.
I have had this experience a few times myself. Most recently with my Thedi cross zip. I wasn’t wild about this one when I received it and it has seen very little wear but a couple weeks ago I pulled it out of the pile and I’ve worn it to work a few times. Kind of starting to like it actually!

I love the triangle man! I don't see it, the sizzled bacon. This jacket deserves to be worn.

Yes it does! To be honest I’m kind of struggling to remember why I disliked it so much upon receipt. I think maybe I had built it up too much in my head so that nothing I would have satisfied my expectations.
Love it! Is this Thedi's buffalo?
Yes, it is the washed buffalo.

Well, I don´t care about the comments from the colleagues, but with the way our internal post system works, it would be two weeks before I have the jacket. If it doesn´t get lost or stolen in the first place...

The opposite is true for me- items get stolen from the porch when delivered home, so office is the only choice.

Ah, that *****. My place, if you had something delivered the reception would just take it and send you an email to ask you to pick it up. You would sort of have to live with the girls in the reception thinking you were a bit weird. But hey, I am a bit weird.

What was it you didn’t like about it at first?

So the front zipper is kind of wavy and there are a couple bulges in the leather along the front which make it look a bit sloppy to me. One of these is right in the stomach area which gives the illusion of a potbelly which I particularly dislike.

I think this occurred as part of the washing process used by Thedi to add character to the leather. I also think that it will diminish and perhaps even disappear with some good honest hard wear.
It also seemed a little long to me when I received it, it is exactly the length I specified but I thought I had messed up. Looking at it now I think it is just fine length wise.

Understood! The bulges, yeah it would look a lot nicer without them. I think you’re right in that they should go away or at least become less pronounced with time. I think the length looks good.
