How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

That’s the thing there’s only two. Blue and green. The green one looks different in different lighting. It’s apparently the same exact jacket just under different conditions. Which is my hold up. If it always looked forest green that would be my choice hands down. But under other lighting, it takes on a green I’m not so certain of.
dannyk,
I have an Alpha MA-1 in “replica blue” It looks pretty similar to the color you posted. My jacket is definitely blue with green tones and I think it looks great. I say go for it, it looks like a pretty cool color in both of the photos you posted.

how do my good friends in the U.S or other Countries feel about tartan lining in there leather jackets.cheers, James.
James,
I love the tartan lining that Aero offers and I chose one for my custom Bootlegger. I have to say I am an even bigger fan of Harris Tweed and that is what I purchased for the lining in my three Good Wear jackets.

Don’t Alpha make a black one?
Yup. They make two different greens. One of which I’m interested in and posted above. The blue pictured. Sage green and black. Sage and black I don’t like. They also make a slim fit blue that comes with a brown collar. I don’t like that one. I posted these two cause these are the ones I narrowed it down to and actually want. Blue or this green. Don’t like the sage green.

@dannyk both colors are nice. My only question would be- do you feel like either one goes better with your current wardrobe or shoes/belts/hats etc?
Thought about this. Blue is the one I think goes with more options. My thought was green is still fairly neutral and can work with most things. Though I still give the edge to blue. But blue is a really common color for any B and M styled jackets. Khaki and Sage also very common. But this green is very unique and stands out. I actually asked Alpha about it, and they call it their “seasonal” option. They make special/limited edition colors every now and then to mix it up and this time they went with this color. Which means blue is always an option and if I want blue there are always some on eBay and Grailed. This one I would have to buy new because it’s not widely circulated. Which also means if I don’t get it, might have to wait a long time for it to pop up on eBay and in my size. Hence I’m torn ha.

Neither of these are on their way to me yet, looking for some feedback on which color to choose first. So these are Alphas B-15. I just happen to like the look of B-15s (and a lot of other military gear) but I’m not a military guy. I’m no sticker for authenticity. I also need like actually need a fall/early winter jacket and this would fit the bill. So yes I know Cockpit has a more authentic version and then going up from there Buzz and RMC. But, again I’m in it for basic design and to fit the need so these are just fine. I just can’t decide on color. I don’t need black or sage/military green. I’m stuck between the blue and this darker green that for some reason they are calling Navy. I’ve included a picture of the blue but two of the green. Because in some lighting it takes on a very dark hue and in other lighting a lighter but still darker green than the sage. So TFL friends help me decide. I legitimately like both an awful lot and have stared at them both on and off for 2 days now and have not been able to pull the trigger. Let’s hear what you all have to say in regards to the two colors!

All I know is those Alpha B-15s really aren’t half bad. I forgot I had one!

Perhaps Char Aznable's red Alpha or the Black Tristar Alpha?

Johnson Leathers showed up a day early. Man is it nice. Probably the nicest jacket I’ve ever owned tbh. It’s trim but I think it’ll work. No more barley pop. I’ll get better pics in a thread. Jacket more than deserves it. I can see quite clearly Alan and co. have stepped up their game significantly.

Just pulled the trigger on a Magnoli Terminator II. After ruminating over 1. The Aero Indian Ranger ($900) 2. LW Buco or Tog ($1700) 3. Aero Elvis ($1000) 4. eBay 1994 NOS Bates T1 ($1100), I finally decided to give Magnoli a try. They seem to be easy to talk shop and custom-sizing, the chrome buckle looks heavy duty, and they “don’t use YKK” (??), and they will take my bicep and wrist measurement! Most of all, their T2 is the closest to Bates. Worst come to worst, $465 is not bad for an abuse jacket!

@ton312 Oh Man, this is such a beautiful leather jacket and it fits you so well. I agree with others saying that this is one of your best jackets if not the best. I hope you'll keep this one!

Freewheelers Journeyman (size 40) made of black deerskin has just arrived (bad light conditions today for taking good pictures). Condition is mint as described by the seller. Fits and feels like a deerskin glove :) I more and more prefer deerskin over HH, especially the heavy deerskin from Freewheelers! It makes me thinking now if I should keep my black Freewheelers Brakeman coat made of Shinki HH which is also in mint condition.

The two tone looks really cool and the fit looks great. But those armholes also look very high. Is it sill comfortable?

Very cool and great fit. Question is: Does the wife like it :) If I remember correctly, she wasn't a huge fan of you LW carcoat.

Edit: For some reason I take my gf opinion into account.
