You made that turn out very well. Super hat, great look.I picked up a Stetson 25 Open Road on ebay a couple of weeks ago. It was a size 7 and the sweatband was toast so I didn't have any problems with sizing it up to a 7 1/4. The original brim was 2 3/4 " and I only lost about 1/8" on the brim width after sizing up so I was pretty happy with that. Put in a new sweatband (from the Lounge's Scott Bond) and bow. The ribbon had some slight staining so I replaced it as well. Turned out pretty nice I think.

Welcome home, Stefan. Nice hat and look for Dublin. Hope you had better luck with whiskies than you did finding hats. Then again, that would be impossible not to in Eire [emoji4]Excellent hats from all loungers the last few days. Back from Dublin and have some catching up to do. Only brought one hat to Dublin (and no hats of note to be found there).

Nearly constant rotation yesterday.
A triple of Deckard, Stetson mini homburg, and falcon park lords hat.
Aren't we all [emoji4]The hats are fun for sure... but I am a very lucky guy even with a bare head.
No, Stefan and Fleur de Huu at Penumbra Hats did a super restoration job on this riding bowler. They went wild on the bow and did the hat justice. When Stefan and Daniele use this wonderful hat lady, you know she's good.Wow. I've forgotten this hat... it is not its original ribbon, right?
