I get a lot of satisfaction in taking old things and bringing them back to life to make them look and and operate like brand new. My mother bought this old Dyson DC07 back in 2004. It sat for the longest time and didn't run. A trip to the Dyson repair shop and 20 minutes later, it has a new clutch and is working and cleaning like it did when it was brand new. Just like my Resistol Westerner OR clone conversion, it needed a lot of work and is now a wearable hat. Reblocked, new sweat, and salvaged brim binding and hat ribbon makes this one a favorite of mine.

Out and about this morning in a thick mackinaw that is fighting off the cold temps. A vtg. Stetson Royal De Luxe Regis Homburg in a navy added color to the cool morning and light white snowy ground cover.
