You’re probably right this is a Biltmore, as the made in Canada mark is the one they use. Or at least the sweatband is from biltmoreChurchill that I strongly suspect was made by Biltmore.
It’s a decent quality hat, but I just like “more” hat.

This discussion is more for the Borsalino Brotherhood thread, but in short: we don't really know. There's no obvious and noticeable difference between the various designations, which isn't to say that there isn't a difference and it's all just marketing. It might well be that the various qualities have some relation with the composition of the felt for instance.
