Based on "Exodus'" release date, it's 1960, which seems to fit the '50s cars including some late-'50s models.

I'm curious how A&P managed to stay in business being so close to
WRIGLEY’S.

The only places where there are no parking meters on main street
and vehicles are parked in front of theater today is a small town of New
Braunfels, Tx.
I enjoy the folks, buildings, food and the slower pace of the city.

The original Boulder Club was the left half of the building. The tall sign and “Enjoy the Old West” marquee were installed in 45. Undated photo with a 49 Ford, 50 Ford, and 50 Studebaker Commander.
