The nopales looks good.

There is a place here that serves a sweet nopales with pineapple as a desert. It comes with homemade strips of pie crust for dipping. Different, but good.

That sounds delicious. The only place that serves nopales in Sioux Falls makes them really spicy. These in my home town in California were just succulent and tender. And better cooked!

I'm gonna start going to Happy Hour at Smoothie King for a fruit Smoothie. I'll wear a Toyo rice paper hat from Amazon Prime. Should fit right in with the new FL.

Speaking of day drinking, the old Bailey Panama, pairs with Elysian Immortal IPA. I wanted to like this beer, since Space Dust is one of my favorites. In my opinion, this one is out of balance. The hop bitterness completely overrides the malt. Not a pleasant aroma, almost as though all bittering hops were used, and not much finish or aroma hops. I was suspicious with the abv of 6.3, just not enough grain bill for a proper IPA!
Now I see what is called session IPA, even lower alcohol versions, yuck!
