That's all sorts of cool Rob! Other than the myriad of other brands they bought out the "full line of Pabst beer" today is just PBR as far as I know.

I did not post this because of the va-va-voom stuff, but because it has some cool neon in the Ciro's sign and, even more so, because it is so iconically - so perfectly - '50s cheesy.

Hey now! You gotta a problem with a little vavavoom?

Just always want to be respectful to all our members and, therefor, was noting that there was a reason away from the vavavoom that I posted as I sincerely believe the neon sign is cool and the overall image captures a look and feel of the period perfectly. It's an echo of Marylyn and her skirt, etc. - very '50s.

Luigi believes in the power of advertising. God love him: on the roof of his restaurant, he put up a gigantic sign, topped by a martini glass (with incongruous champagne bubbles come out of it), noting his steaks and pizza and all ablaze in neon and bulbs punctuated by an oversized arrow directing you - just in case you didn't get - right to his modest front door.
