@ProteinNerd, and while you’re at it, send me your navy j-100, I’m happy to help out too with your burden and take one for the team...The only way to avoid such an outcome is to immediately send me one of your Californians -- you choose the color.

But there's a 73% chance I'll sell it to you after a couple months.@ProteinNerd, and while you’re at it, send me your navy j-100, I’m happy to help out too with your burden and take one for the team...![]()
Damn it! All right then, I’ll take the STF bootlegger...Oh sorry mate. I've got square dibs on that one. But there's a 73% chance I'll sell it to you after a couple months.
Give your already insane, over-the-top collection of premier jackets, its hard for us to empathize with your delayed receipt of yet another stellar jacket. By analogy, I had no empathy when Jeff Bezos' net worth dropped $1 billion in a single day. Frankly, you should be grateful that you have not yet received your Modoc. Your daily jacket selection process is already bewildering. Add a Modoc to the stable and the resulting irreconcilable delirium could be life threatening. The only way to avoid such an outcome is to immediately send me one of your Californians -- you choose the color.
Man PN. You are schooling this thread of late. Great stuff man. Seriously.
I think you’ve reached jacket nirvana...
Looks great, which Iron Heart model is that one? This is M/38. L would've been better but I took a chance with M. I know it's a bit small but it's quite comfortable.

It's a 526PJ. I do prefer the length of the 526J but without all the pockets, it would've ultimately been completely useless to me.
The fact that I've been wearing it every day since I got it speaks enough about how happy I am with this jacket. And to think I almost returned it. If it wasn't for @ksozay , I would have.
That jacket looks very good on you... almost as good as leather one
Made me realise I should maybe consider having at least one good denim jacket![]()
I never would've believed it but the IH ones are just as good. This one, I think, would look cooler than many leathers but sadly, it's sold out. Love it even though I'm not too fond of black non leather jackets.

I'm saving money for the sherpa one they said might happen later this year.
Just need a decent pair of jeans right now.
Total *****in cool Gamma!! Looks like a brand new jacket not a 20-30 yr old thoroughbred!!View attachment 119891 View attachment 119892 View attachment 119893 Aero FQHH "motorcycle" jacket, circa 1987-1992. All done with cleaning and conditioning. Just need that zipper replaced.
I find it quite comfortable. The leather softens up in the warm air nicely. I don't find it particularly heavy to wear.

I think you were wise to keep that one, looks great on you. Now, wear the s**t outta it!!
Be well. Bowen
Ps: what did you use to clean and condition it?

I find it quite comfortable. The leather softens up nicely in the warm air. I don't find it a burden to wear (overly heavy).
Awesome! Worth sending it to Alan (JL) for a zipper replacement (#10, of course). It's an investment but you won't need another jacket.
