So is it a high waist on the pants or are her legs just that long? I like how the legs go all the way to the ground and the stripes just add to the lengthening effect. I'd bet there are some high heels hidden under there as well. And leaving the tie untied makes the whole look even longer as well by emphasizing the verticals
She just really rocks this outfit. Offbeat and quirky I really like it and look at the ticket pocket on the jacket. It's the details that look effortless that sets this apart
