I found it... back on August 16 in another thread... "the measurements of 40: Shoulder 19.25, chest 23, sleeve 27, back 26." That's what I suspected. Some time ago I quizzed Shaul on a fit, and after getting his recommended tag size and the actual jacket measurements, I thought he was cutting his jackets a little large.

Looking over what adjustments I might need to make to some summer acquisitions of fall/winter clothes. Going all ex Army today with the Swedish tunic from 1942.

I could say going all 1940s as well since the shirt is US Army from 1942 and the pants are US Army from 1940.

Yes, that sure looks like it! Thanks. Makes sense. I owned a Horsehide Perfecto style from Excelled that had the same label. They were poorly glued and could easily be lost.

Crazy they wanted $999 on ebay! If I sell mine I can use your link for verification. Very cool,but not worth anything close to that money.
