I saw this commercial three or four times before I finally got the joke because I had somehow mentally blanked on the fact that his professional name is Ice-T.

I got it the first time but it took some 'splaining for one person in the household to get it.

I've seen the commercial five or six times now - it is one of the few that actually holds up because it is simply a funny idea with excellent execution.

Certainly sounds like it! After seeing "Goffo the Great" I'd say so. Now I'm wondering if the other voice is Frank Oz? Did they work together in '58 or were both characters Henson? Hmm...
