I recall this Volkswagen Golf commercial vividly. Oddly, wikipedia won't let me reference it, even in passing, in the entry for the band "Trio's" entry for their song Da Da Da.

Apparently, it was put in for the shock value. It gets people talking long after they saw the commercial! They knew full well, Marco never laid eyes on a llama in his life time.

I was confused why he was there as well, just figured the llama had a good agent and got him the gig 'cause he needed work.

I saw this commercial three or four times before I finally got the joke because I had somehow mentally blanked on the fact that his professional name is Ice-T.

I've seen this commercial a few times, and I'm still not sure if it's actually Willie Nelson or just a look-alike.
