Killer sign, Bob, by the way.
That is a gorgeous Art Deco sign - is the rest of the theater as beautiful?
And always great to hear about areas coming back. When I first moved to NYC In the '80s, there were parts that you wouldn't want to walk through in broad daylight that are now "hot," "hip" areas that have a thriving nightlight and soaring rents.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. The rest of the theater is rather plain. This is one of two remaining theaters of 5 that existed on this street in the 30s/40s. I would guess that this was one of the "budget" theaters. Not as grand as the Howard Theater (which is now a big music venue) just a few blocks away.
