Moving the cursor won't be too much of an issue, if you have the space.
But clicking on an item, well I'm not sure what part you would push to make that happen.

The Bedlington at the inlaws a few weeks ago.
It was hot, and she was in front of the fan, which is all that mattered to her at the time.
