That tag doesn't have the year. You see that tag format going back to the 1950s. The older ones usually have "Borsalino" name on the left side.

Light grey mid ribbon Borsalino recently acquired from a fellow lounger. The felt on this hat is out of this world and the basting stitches are still intact. The spots on the felt and liner are from some strange liquid substance starting to fall from the sky.

Just a long look at that Borso, and you can tell it is in great condition, has a super "fedora" tight look to it, the felt picture up close, you can even tell the felt is smooth. If it is a size 7 1/2 let me know.....lol! My husband would love it........
