Thanks everyone! Been a long time since I have been here. I have been wearing my Black Sheep Restorations with the ostrich leather sweatbands until now. I just cannot take them off. I have not forgot about the book Mike. I will mail it one day. Nice to get back into the Simond's and Cordova caps. The weather or heat has no impact on the hat or cap I wear! I have not changed!

Crammed in time for one more lid before I toodle off to Paris (poor me!)...
'The Boston' flat cap. One piece top, 1920's style, with another Bulgarian beauty - handwoven 1910-1920's houndstooth cotton. Unlined. Full leather sweat & visor, cloverleaf snap. I absolutely love the variations in the weave (see close up of the fabric) - you can practically see the hands working the stuff.

Thanks everyone! Wore the Robo Cap today Ed. Not appreciated on the lounge so I won't post it. People are calling me from all over the world wanting one but they are no longer made. I tried telling them when I had them but they would not listen. Enjoy yours!

Does anyone else receive positive comments on their caps? I have a cream colored denim cap from Johnny. I don't know what it is about that cap in particular, but I constantly receive good comments on it.

They are good looking caps, unlike anything the general public has seen.
