John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I could never trust a fortune teller without a goatee. I'd worry he was just a bald faced liar.

For the sake of being accurate with terminology, the above pictures are all modified Van ****s, not goatees. Marc Chevalier pointed this out years ago in the thread, but a goatee is only on the chin.
As for me, I often have a traditional Van **** in the summer (like the last photo example with no connecting bars between mustache or goatee) and a full, trimmed beard in the winter.
To be further still accurate, they're not so much modified as they are in the tradition of the prototypical Van ****, named after Anthony van Dyck:
Has the goatee gone by the wayside compared to 8 years ago? I say "no." I'm still proudly sporting mine.
Maybe this was the inspiration for mine. View attachment 8255
Is that a goatee?
