In my case, you left out the word "cleaned out" before organized.

Built a new garage a couple of years ago - one side was for the car and the other side was my workshop. I forgot about the lawn mower, fertilizer spreader, fertilizer bags, yard tools, etc. Of course, they aren't on the "car" side ...

It's been a couple years now since your original request and you said you had a couple years til your mancave would be built. How did it turn out?

If you're still in the decorating stage, I'd offer the following suggestions (some of which others have suggested along the way in this thread):
Rolltop desk to disguise modern devices like computer etc.
Pipe rack and other vintage smoking items (even if you don't smoke, to keep period correctness)
Vintage wet bar
Large rug to cover hardwood floor
Hidden door to wine room, *** cabinet or other such "Detective" hardware
