This was my 'do today. Not super vintage, but I work in one of those lovely public-owned corporate offices so I usually have to settle for retro "inspired" rather than full on looks. These curls were done with my flat iron. I love this method because they will last for days, but it does some serious damage to my ends! :eusa_doh: An attempt at pin curls may be in order for the weekend...

Oh, and sorry for the super awkward looking down shot. I couldn't get a normal one to save my life!

Love it! Though I miss working in an office, dress codes are something I'm glad I don't have to deal with.

And no worries about the looking down shots. I almost never end up looking at the camera in any of my pictures. LOL

Turth be told I'm lucky; I really love my job and I have much more freedom than I did in my previous position (where I was in a uniform comprised of a shapless button down top)! And thankfully I can find plenty of office-friendly dresses that still give me that certain something

Apologies for the un-glamorous bathrobe collar in this shot. This was my attempt at a sculpted Joan Holloway style up-do today. Worked like a charm as it was pouring and hailing! Anything that wasn't plastered to my head would have been a bird's nest by the end of the day!

When my hair was long, I loved an up do . My hair is unruly in fine weather. Throw in a bit of wind and precipitation and I am a fright, lol. nice job

Tonight I went to dinner with my sister and had a great time, but didn't take any photos.

I did however want to take a picture of my hair, but when I got home it had fallen from the rain. So here is my hair after the rain got to it. Turning my tight waves and curls into loose waves and curls. Ho hum. Blame it on the rain... yeah yeah.

We were at a vintage weekender, called Hep Cats, last weekend. My wife and her friend were the hair stylists.
Here are six lovely ladies from Holland, all styled by my wife. The dresses were an amazing surprise. Are they not fabulous though?

hello everyone been a while since I've posted in here got so busy with college and currently on spring break yay so now I have time to play with my hair here's the result
sorry about my face i was trying to show the whole updo and I was using webcam so hence the blurry pic

This was done with 5 victory rolls 4 of them to forms a heart shaped on top and one big one on the front
