Listed at that address in the NY Merchants Assoc. 1921. Seems to have formed from Bonar in 1904. I wonder if Frank Allaire Co.(Manufacturer's Rep Co for some European Hatters in the 30's at least) had any connection.As far as I can tell, this company went out sometime around WWI.
