EDIT: I just noticed the non alcholic bit, but wassel can be made without any alcohol.
No one's mentioned Wassel? I'm shocked, there are a ton of different recipes plus it has its own song! Of course now there is a Anglicanized version which is "Here we come a caroling among the leaves so green."
Yeah, that word used to be wasseling, not caroling!

Yeah... it took me a few minutes to think of a drink without alcohol lol

"Anglicised"? More like "Americanized." Wassail was already an english word.
This Wassail recipe calls for 2 pints of ale, but by the time you're done simmering it, I would have to imagine the alcohol would have "burned off."
Oxford English Dictionary has citations for wassail back to 1300 AD.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Yup. Though I'm sure some would take issue with me trying to argue that "wæs (þu) hæl" is "english."Oops. Make that 1275. Guess I should have kept reading.
