I have to say that even though I've eaten rocky mountain oysters unwillingly and unknowingly...... that stuff scares me :eeek:

being serious if you like savoury things you'll like vegemite. It's very salty, don't spread it on bread like peanut butter, just a "wafer" thin layer on buttered bread or toast. I grew up with it & I love it, but I can imagine why people think it's an acquired taste.
