Ferreira Dona Antonia Reserva port and self imported Fuller's Extra Special Bitter right out of the earth cellar, perfect temperature for beer. And we got a big nice hardwood fire on the fireplace.

I had a restaurants take on the aviation. It had gin, parfait amour, luxardo, fresh lemon, and a cherry. The parfait amour is a liqueur that made it a pretty purple color and was flavored with rose petals vanilla and almonds.
It was wonderful

Digestif: home-made obstler (German apple/pear schnaps - real schnaps - not that fake sweet ***k you get in UK and US)
