My favourite look on you to date. Something about a bow tie that you can either 'do it' or you cannot. You wear it with style, aplomb and panache.
One of the previous 'quirky' looks you displayed recently (red pants and yellow laces) was a very eccentric Englishman look that would have looked great in places like Henley Regatta, Guard's Polo Club or Oxford! (Harvard/Yale would be closer for you). I REALLY liked it!! and it's always *good* to see dapper gents like yourself, push the boundaries and experiment (it encourages the rest of us!!). Thankyou

Orgetorix's laces matching up with a colour in the bow tie has given me an idea. I have an Old School 'do' this Friday and one of the colours in the OB Tie is maroon. I'm going to hunt out some maroon laces to wear with my black Oxford's. Just a quirky touch that 'kind of' appeals to me right now!! See the influence you dapper Blades can have on other members!!

Go for it; it's amazing how the right laces can totally transform a shoe. Switching from the supplied black to a pair of white laces in one of my pairs of co-respondents took them to a whole new level.
