I managed to find a somewhat close representation from Kohl's, but it has only three buttons, and sports a "t-shirt" style collar...

I know this is an old post but the ones available in Kohl's (brand name: sonoma) are ****. I have a bunch of three-button short sleeve henleys from LL Bean that are much better. They are basically all I wear.
